SYN-COOL 340 is available as a 100% true-solution synthetic, heavy duty cutting and grinding coolant. In your operations, do you use cast iron, all steel, hard alloys and brass? SYN-COOL 340 is designed to offer outstanding lubrication as well as extreme pressure characteristics associated with machining and grinding. If you use aluminum or magnesium, we don’t recommend that you use SYN-COOL 340. Exceptional cutting and grinding is possible with SYN-COOL 340 because the fluid includes a special blend of polymeric additives. In addition, the coolant is low foaming and offers excellent protection from rust, especially when you only rely on it for low concentrations. Please note that the synthetic coolant does not include sulfur, chlorine or diethanolamine (DEA).

With effective maintenance, it is helpful for remove excess oils to extend the life of the coolant. As needed, the concentration can be checked by refractive index.
SYN-COOL 340 is available in 5 or 6 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums as well as 275 or 330 gallon returnable tote bin quantities.
